2nd March 2020
To commence the fourth week of our final major project I completed my proposal, the 4th of March was the mini deadline for our proposals. I knew that my proposal was completely finalised because I added my mood board, time plan, and bibliography to it. It was also proof read by my tutor before I handed it in.

During this week I went up to the library at Tavistock place to find magazines and books which would add to my research for this project. Whilst at the library I found issues of Vogue dating back to the 60s, this was great inspiration for the images that I would like to create. I also came across many books which include information on the fashion in the various decades that I am researching. I added each book that I found to my bibliography.
I dedicated this week mainly to planning my photoshoot. The deadline for our first shoot is the 19th of March. I carried out three blog posts full of research in preparation for my first shoot. Two of which focused on particular decades, the 20s and 30s. I now know what lighting set up I will be using and what props I need.
One day this week we looked at the work of previous students and graded them according to the grade criteria. This was really helpful as I now have a greater understanding of what I need to do in order to achieve that grade that I want.
