Lara Jade is a beauty and fashion photographer born in Staffordshire, England. I have previously looked at her work for other projects but always come back to her work as she is one of my favourite photographers. Her work is highly influenced by self-portraiture and conceptual photography. Growing up with the rise of social media and digital techniques enabled Lara to see the bigger picture of an international industry.
After graduating college, Lara made the move to London, where she naturally felt the transition to fashion photography. A couple of years later – she embarked on her first trip to New York and never looked back. She currently resides in Brooklyn, New York with her husband James and regularly travels for assignments, working between NY, LA and London.

Lara enjoys creating timeless and emotive imagery. She is inspired by feminine strength, unique beauty and classic style. Her work is visually stunning, I love that the majority of her images are so simple, yet they are so affective. This style of work is something that I aspire to create.
As a photographer, Lara Jade is an inspiration to me, her journey through photography is immense. It is so influential how she has become an award-winning fashion photographer who shoots for various well known agencies across the world.
